What's next?
Your employer is responsible for nominating participants through its own consistent, role-relevant selection process.
If you are nominated, we will begin with a 30-minute mutual fit conversation (chemistry check). This is your opportunity to ask questions, understand how the mentoring works, and decide whether the partnership feels right.
If we agree to move forward, we will define your development priorities, confirm the program length and schedule, and clarify confidentiality and any employer reporting before the first session.
Meet Your Mentor
Over 25+ years in business, I have had the privilege of working with outstanding talent and some of the most innovative companies, and of learning from exceptional leaders across multiple geographies.
My degrees in Finance and Marketing gave me a broad starting point — but the real education came from the ground. I have worked in and for many different industries, which taught me early on that people think differently depending on where they come from, and that the best way to lead is to listen first. I have worked across the full range of company sizes — from fast, hands-on early-stage startups to large, regulated, slow-moving multi-billion organizations — and that range has been the best training I could have wished for. Working closely with C-level leaders across EMEA, the US and Canada, and APAC let me absorb the best of how the world's top organizations operate.
I don't believe I have all the answers. What I do bring is a genuine love of learning, a habit of listening carefully, and a deep wish to help people exceed even their own expectations. That is why I founded The Upgrade Mentor™.
