Why
THE PROBLEM
The turnover you are already paying for
This isn’t a trend. It is an ongoing drain on your leadership pipeline, your team stability, and your bottom line.

High turnover risk
33% of Gen-Z employees globally plan to leave or are actively looking for a new role within the next 12 months.

Bleeding money
Losing a high-potential employee e.g. manager or leader (what we consider critical talent) with a €150k salary, can cost your company up to €300k in replacement costs (incl. wider impact of lost knowledge, team disruption and delayed delivery).
[Gallup estimates replacement costs at around 80% of annual salary for technical professionals and around 200% for leaders and managers. Gallup also notes these figures exclude further unmeasured losses in morale and knowledge. Actual cost varies by role criticality, seniority, hiring-market conditions and time to full productivity.]

Wrong signal
Every departure of a top Gen-Y/Z performer sets your team back, slows projects, and sends a clear signal to others: the fastest way to grow is to leave.
THE ROOT CAUSE
It's not about the money. It's about the path.
Your top Gen-Y/Z talent doesn’t want another online course. They want visible growth, real ownership, and experienced, active leaders who invest in them personally.

It's not just salary
31% of employees globally have explicitly quit a job due to a “lack of career progression opportunities” – a significant increase from previous years.

Expectations are high
Learning and development opportunities are now a key deal breaker: 41% of employees globally say they would quit if their employer does not offer learning and development opportunities to future‑proof their career.

How
THE SOLUTION
The Upgrade Mentor Program™
— founder-led mentoring,
not generic coaching
The Upgrade Mentor™ gives your top Gen-Y/Z talent exclusive access to a leader with 25+ years of global experience, who has led multicultural teams, owned 7-figure P&Ls, built outstanding brands, and co-founded several businesses.
First, we begin with a mutual fit conversation (chemistry check) with each talent. We then take the time to understand what each talent truly wants to accomplish — and design the program around their specific development needs and career ambitions.
We create a genuine safe space: mentoring conversations are strictly confidential, and we use tailored confidentiality agreements and NDAs with sponsors and talent whenever sensitive information is involved.
THREE PILLARS

Exclusive mentorship
Our mentor is not available outside our program, nor is he a "full-time" mentor. Instead, he is an active leader with a proven track record — not a coach teaching theory, nor available on random mentoring platforms to just anyone.

Structured accountability
Weekly 1:1 sessions, between‑session support, and clear checkpoints. Not open‑ended conversations — a system designed for measurable progress.

Tracked outcomes
We track retention, time‑to‑promotion, and productivity gains. You see exactly what is changing — not just survey scores.
